* Benefits package * Lots of PTO *Remote work *As long as you remain the Golden Child, you can do no wrong and will be treated like a small God.
Cons
*All they care about are numbers *Throw a body to a job, who cares if they stay or leave *Okay with letting good employees go because of numbers instead of moving them to a department they could be great at or realizing that recruiters can not control other human beings and can not force/drag someone to their job. *Management plays favorites -- will talk down to you and humiliate you in front of your entire team during morning meetings. *Management has made various employees cry. *Bonus structure is absolute garbage and you end up losing money. *Pay is extremely low and can be even lower based upon which state you work in.
