Flexibility. Great for someone in between jobs, someone with children, or anyone who needs/wants flexibility to work when you want.
Cons
Hard to reach an on boarding specialist. If you wake up sick, or have a sick family member you cannot cancel your job online. You must call them. You never reach a human being so you have to leave a message. Your best bet is to call ahead to the school and tell them. Your message will reach the school before Kelly Services will.

Virtual, work from home position. The pay was great, the hours were great, they work with you and are very flexible, can always pick up shifts if you have under 40 hours, (you're scheduled 40 hours but if you miss a day that week) you can pick up another shift from the board
