Pros
I got the opportunity to work with wonderful people at the company that utilized Kelly for scientific subs. It's hard to get a direct hire job in the industry, so I was able to participate in opportunities that otherwise would have been closed off to me. My recruiter was also very kind.
Cons
I received a .75 raise over the 2.5 years I worked there. My contract boss was constantly fighting Kelly on my behalf. No PTO, no overtime. Never working there again. Benefits plan was a joke.
