The pay is higher than typical in this market, and the benefits are pretty typical.
Cons
The management team is always in flux. Constant turnover in Senior Management. This creates a tumultuous environment as Senior Management is afraid they will be the next one terminated. RIF's are the norm. It appears they only way this company can manage expenses is by laying of people every 5-6 months. The staff size has decreased to the point that there are not enough to do the work that must be done. Fear paralyzes the company.
