Very positive atmosphere. I came to Kemper from State Farm, the largest insurer in North America, where we were underpaid, overworked, and severely micromanaged. I do not regret a single thing about leaving State Farm and coming to Kemper. This is a great workplace where employees are treated like professionals and we are treated like adults, and are not micromanaged.
