Starting pay, flex hours, 21 PTO days to start

Cons

Managers take advantage of claims representatives and assign more work the more ahead you are. Company is production driven and does not care about employee development. 2-week training at home office is irrelevant for CA adjusters. If you request your raise it gets held against you and you are labeled entitled.

Customers and the work was great!

Cons

Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
