Interim C level and Management will show up to meetings extremely late, after teams have gone through technical discussion wildly throwing accuasations around about how they are not doing X, Y, and Z. Then team burn extra cycles to show them that the team was actually doing it. Then those same late to a meeting interim C levels go off into broader executive level meetings telling other senior leadership the team's werent doing X, Y, and Z after we walked them through it. Had multiple Interim leaders with zero clue going on saying they don't know what key teams are doing. Leadership constantly changing hands as well.
