I’ve had a great experience. Singular focus on profit and the stock I bought has doubled since I came on board 30 months ago! If you can’t produce, you probably shouldn’t be here. People I work with are knowledgeable, respectful and driven and I love it! I’m engaged every day in my work and the people I work with, at every and any level, are equally engaged and “locked in”. Like any company, there are issues. Difference here is that leadership is priority focused on these issues. There’s a reason why this company is focused on growth, and that’s because of smart stewardship of resources and practical application of human resources to take advantage of opportunities. A new ESPP program is rumored to be on the way, which I plan on taking full advantage of. I am not an officer/insider-I expect our stock price will continue to outpace our competitors.... and I’m damn proud to be a part of it!
Cons
Conference room acoustics are poor. Facilities are second class-but hey, we’re a publicly traded company. Getting technology upgrades is difficult. Corporate HQ is remote to all business operations-but with technology today, it’s not an issue.
