      If 1 team member struggles or fails to complete there assigned tasks and doesn't let anyone know until after the fact the entire team is reprimanded.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
