      Pros

      Kemper has a large carrier appetite and financial strength with the benefits of a small carrier work environment. My favorite aspect of being a member of the Kemper team is being able to make a difference in the organization nationally. Kemper also has a culture of hiring team members that are always willing to help each other.

      Pros

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
