Good place to work! - Casualty Claims Manager Kemper Employee Review

I came aboard a few weeks ago, have worked in the insurance field for many years where I have been a Unit Manager for many of those years. Kemper has done a great job with their systems training and all other applicable training and integrating me into their culture. I have shadowed other managers remotely and they have all been very nice and helpful. Other companies I have worked for would have minimal training for experienced claims people coming aboard. Kemper is very thorough in their onboarding with new hires!
