Pros
I have really enjoyed the atmosphere of training. Everyone has been very supportive. The job is relatively easy, but they are willing to teach insurance if you don't have prior experience.
Cons
There were scheduling issues with training. But at least HR was willing to work with the training department to make sure I could attend class and get trained, like was discussed during the interviews. The insurance benefits are not the best.
