Pros
Great compensation. The organization is growing so there is a lot of potential to move up. My prior carrier brought all of their field staff inside but Kemper is growing their field staff. Their is a lot of energy due to the growth and the company appears to be very interested in invocation. All of my coworkers and my supervisor are great.
Cons
Training is pretty brief and there is no coverage training at all. The policies are older policies modified by a lot of endorsements and it would have been nice to go over some of those. Most of the trainign is OJT and pretty much everyone is new.
