Pros

Easygoing & friendly atmosphere amongst adjusters.

Cons

Will destroy you’re mental health. All adjusters that remain are stuck with excess work that is beyond manageable. Managers are overloaded with way too many tasks and responsibilities. Unmanageable. Terrible upper management above TM’s can’t get how to LEAD their managers so the managers can LEAD their teams to the desired results. Instead the outdated rule by fear tactic is applied thus challenging the mental health of their own employees. Kemper does not care about you individually. You are literally a number to them unless you’re a problem. THEN they know you’re name. Shameless and disturbing.

Cons

High caseloads and demanding workloads can make it challenging to maintain work life balance. The job can be stressful at times due to deadlines, customer expectations, and the volume of claims.
