      Pros

      Most of the lower to mid management are cool.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch. They blame the adjusters for not meeting their standards, instead of looking in the mirror and realizing they are the ones that have created an unbelievable workload. The CEO is more concerned about opening the office back up vs. the safety of the employees. He pays lip service to safety, but his actions speak louder than his words.
