      Solid leadership team from top to bottom. Empower employees to make common sense decisions. Less rules and processes as other carriers. Good benefits & good pay.

      Cons

      They are centralized. Not much opportunity for field employees. If you are looking for promotion opportunities you really need relocate to Charlotte or leave the company.

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
