      Pros

      After 15 years at the same company I made the jump here to Kemper. I'm so glad I did as I finally have the training and tools needed to do the work!! Everyone is very friendly and they ask for feedback regularly to keep things running smooth!

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
