      Pros

      I have always worked in law firm settings so this is my first in-house counsel position. The people I work with are exceptionally nice and Kemper offers wonderful benefits. I have only been here a few weeks but I think I made a great decision coming here.

      Attorneys are given a heavy, but manageable, workload.

      Pros

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
