Pros
I feel this is a company that actually cares about there employees. I absolutely Love, Love, Love, my manager. She is super amazing, she encourages you, motivates you, and helps you in anyway she can. She has patience and makes you feel secure of asking any questions you may have, in my eyes that is very important because if you don't ask questions you are more likely to not succeed. You do get training, they help get your license by providing the tools you need. They ease you into the claims and do one on ones with you on them to help you have better understanding, but before you get a claim you have to finish the training that takes about a month. I think they are trying to set everyone up for success and if you don't succeed its because you didn't want to or tried. I feel super happy to be a part of this team and hope to be able to grow with the company. The hours are great its an 8-5 Monday thru Friday Job where you definitely have a balance in your life as far as work and personal.
Cons
The only thing I can honestly say up to this point is the Cleaning crew has some opportunities for improvement, they leave the restrooms dirty, they don't wipe down, the floors don't get vacuumed much. They honestly don't sanitize like they should with the whole Covid situation. They don't mop, and to be honest today I found my desk had something spilled on it that was sticky which I know was not there when I left because I wipe down before I leave.
