Pros
Having worked for two other insurance companies in the past, Kemper's culture is by far the best and has provided the most enjoyable work experience I've had the opportunity to experience. Leadership and the FP&A team that I work for is made up of highly competent and down to earth individuals who are great to work with.
Cons
Expectations are high, as they should be, but if you come to work for Kemper, be ready to work hard. The culture is a meritocracy where hard work is valued - this isn't a "con" but potential employees should know that working here can be challenging but in a way that affords employees the oportunity to grow and further their skillsets.
