Pros

I loved that this call center was in bound and had max maybe 15 - 20 calls a day. Worked mainly with agents needing assistance with the system but occasionally you get customers - you have to direct them to the agents.

Cons

Repetitive. Gets stale fast. Often you get yelled at

Pros

Flexible & I have gotten either an annual raise or promotion every year that I have worked here. Best insurance I have ever had.

Cons

I used to really like working here and it's gone south the past couple of years but the insurance is really good.
