Pros

Steady paycheck bi weekly so there's that.

Cons

How absolutely horrible the customers were, and how management wasn't equipt for the emotional support needed for this stressful job and instead lessened our off phone time. Most people from orientation leave and by most i mean all but like 1-2 out of 20. Due to the stress. This place is a revolving door. And those that do stay, prefer changing departments than to stay here. And even then they eventually leave. I use to throw up from the stress here and others had to stop the calls to cry from the terrible customers.

Pros

Customers and the work was great!

Cons

Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
