Pros
The managers have been personal and helpful since my interview process and upon being hired. I love the schedule being M-F with regular business hours, the shift flexibility, remote flexibility, and having holidays off with my family. Very new to the role so i don’t have much to go off of. Meetings within the company have had good direction and they are always asking for recommendations on how to improve from the employees perspective.
Cons
There isn’t a different bank of pto to use exclusively for sick days (offered by a previous insurance employer) Not sure if the company gives out bonuses (also offered to every employee by a prev insurance employer)
