Pros
PTO accrues fast and being off on the weekends. Health insurance is decent.
Cons
Pay is terrible! Annual raises are just Pennies regardless of how long you’ve been there. More jobs to do with no more pay. Agents won’t stay any amount of time. Recruits come in but are fed lies and they leave. One recruit gets licensed and 2 fully licensed agents leave. Most agents have other jobs because they can’t survive on the agents pay. The clerks pay is a slap in the face.
