      -Great company to work for if your new or a season vet to the claims world. -The company is large enough that major losses and minor accident are assigned properly to teams. -The company has training videos for just about any subject, even personal growth. -Everyone in the management team is eager to help. -The claims system is easy to use - 401K match, discounted stock purchase option

      - Work volume could be on the higher side. - No overtime
