      Cons

      Most positions are remote now and the micromanaging is ridiculous. Company changes something every 2 months. No consistency. Company offers no bonuses.

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
