      Remote work was nice but it also felt like I had to be stressed at home

      Everything. The work is hard. You do not have the tools or authority to help the customers so you become the emotional punching bag.

      The employees are wonderful. They want the company to suceed.

      Cons

      VP level executives are constantly worried about their jobs being eliminated. Because of this the culture is cutthroat.
