      Good manager, good benefits, appraiser only duties are not difficult

      Cons

      They are still transitioning the American Access side of the company. Very slow process. Kemper benefits are not as good as American Access was. No more bonus as well.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
