Pros
I've been at other companies where you are turned away by managers because you're not on their "team". Kemper is a place where everyone works together truly. Everyone is motivated to help their teammates be better each day. Regardless of "team" others will reach out and ask if you need help or congratulate you on something you did well. Training and Management empower you to make decisions from day 1, and you meet almost everyone who makes a decision that affects your job. VP, AVP, Sr Managers, Product Managers etc. It's the only place I've ever seen where everyone is accessible.
Cons
Insurance in general has been tough, but Kemper isn't afraid to face the uncomfortable head on, to come out ahead while other companies are still suffering.
