      Allegedly we pay the most of the non-standard companies.

      Cons

      Management is tone deaf. Salary bands are not disclosed even to supervisors so raises get throttled to extend the time it takes to reach your peak earning potential.

      Customers and the work was great!

      Cons

      Pay, lots of miles on your vehicle, no pay for gas, micromanaging supervisors. They want you to lie to customers to make sales on insurance policies.
