Pros
The interview process was great, I really felt like I connected with the interviewing team while discussing relatable topics when it comes to the auto insurance industry as well as connecting on an interpersonal level. We discussed each other's interest and just connected with the main objectives and expectations of the position. Needless to say, I was hired, YAY! I have been enjoying my employment so far, training has been educational and fun. My trainer Tina was very knowledgeable about my role and responsibilities and we even played a game called KAHOOT and did a scavenger hunt to test your knowledge. Tina made learning fun to where I was able to retain so much information to prepare me to be a successful commercial adjuster. I have had to opportunity to be in-office where the environment is super friendly and professional. The staff are good team players and provide any support you need. Kemper is a great company to work for, great work-family environment. Management checks up on you to make sure all is well.
