Company culture could use some work - Senior Accountant Kemper Employee Review

The culture was very poor. There was a lot of turnover and the issues with turnover were solved by hiring contractors. We had so many meetings that we felt micromanaged. We were constantly asked to stay up late to post entries that ended up needing to be corrected the next day. A lot of pressure on accounting to hit deadlines, but there was little or no support from business partners to help reach that goal.
