      -Flexible hybrid schedule. -Good company culture. -Great entry-level roles as a launchpad into Corp. Finance World. -Fantastic Upper Management. -Great office location with diversity. -Work/Life balance is a plus.

      Cons

      -Very limited upward mobility. -No projects to get noticed by mgmt. -Retention is on avg 1.5-2yrs for most analysts, which hurts culture. -Compensation & Benefits are okay, but on short-end compared to competitors. No annual bonuses either.
