The job description does not really match what you were going to be doing so go in with no expectations.

We know that it is a team effort to make a difference in the lives of the people we support and appreciate the hard work that goes into it by workers like yourself. We will use your feedback to help us improve helping to set expectations and define a person's role. As a reminder we always encourage our employees to reach out to HR with any issues so we may address them in a timely manner.
This organization provides career development opportunities to all. It recently started a new path for DSP which provide both bonuses and a base pay increase for each level. A coach promotes success of each candidate.
Cons
We would love to offer better pay for everyone. Our rates constrain us. But there is no better place to serve than here.
