Pros
Good reputation due to the asset side of the business. This should lead to huge opportunities in the Logistics industry. They had a new employee resource who actually answered my questions and cared about my development. One.
Cons
1.) The hired me on the logistics side of the business for a position in Cleveland. Two weeks into training in Canton, they told me "sorry this has been relocated permanently to Canton...forcing me to drive 1.5 hours every day. This is not only unethical, but borderline contract fraud. 2.) My second week, I asked my trainer a question and his exact response was "I don't give a f*ck, I'm leaving in two weeks! I thought it was a prank. It was not, I was in shock. 3.) I was then moved to the "Niagra" team "trainer", in their attempt to smooth over that first catastrophe. This ape was even worse. He was deliberately nasty and unwilling to answer any of my questions. Instead of training me and answering my questions, he felt it was more important to talk about himself...the other 20% of the time was spent talking down to me. It's important to note, this happened because there was a conflict of interest within management, wherein they only lookout for themselves, work only to enhance their work experience, inflate their egos, and flat out refuse to help new employees who would have grown their Cleveland office. They however lack basic communication skills which destroys any growth that employees can make. 4.) On top of all the verbal abuse and being talked down to, they deliberately shorted my paycheck when I left. I know this because I saw it was short, reached out to HR and my manager, who vowed to fix it. Shocker...they did not. 3.) Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience despite being what would have been a valuable asset for the company, as I would have had their Cleveland office up and thriving by now, had they just had one kind person to ramp me up as all reputable, professional companies do. So, because they ignored my concerns and reports of verbal abuse, management took it personal as (ego driven individuals typically do) they lost a great asset and are starting over with someone who will ask less questions? Can't wait to see how that works out them!
