There are so many co-workers that I would consider great friends - definitely a "we're in this together attitude" among rank and file
Cons
Shrinking sales, ineffective leadership, lack of strategy, throwing good money after bad and digging the company a deeper hole. The lay offs have cut the employee base to the point that we are the Titanic trying to bail water.
