- Company severely lacks direction due to multiple portfolios and too many leaders who can never be on the same page due to different needs to be successful - Completely non-american executive board who has no idea how this country or industry operates - Instead of improving, they only cut factories and fire people - On an outsource wave, mainly to India, but probably because our executives are the same people so they'd rather take American and European jobs and give it to them, leading to terrible efficiencies
