Pros
A company that anyone would love being part of ,reasons are a plenty,, a place where you could touch base with people will different skillets and a place where one gets to learn on various product lines,provided one is eager to do so
Cons
Sometimes since people work across borders ,and have different cultural values,at times things said or done are interpreted wrongly, and also you always have the black apple in the basket,and these people go about spreading wrong rumors ,an the heads take action without verifying the same with the others around ,which is a rude shock for a company of this stature
