There are changes happening all the time, but that’s also a by product of working in this field.

Great open casual but knowledgeable/competent culture. I feel I can be myself there, free expression encouraged, great coworkers! Some have been there 25-45 years, so, people have a tendency to stay. Management listened to feedback and increased 401k as a result of feedback, Great !! Mileage reiumbursement that for my role, $10k or more, untaxed in reiumbursement, would maybe be like $15k raise w taxes. It’s very generous, & appreciated. Insulated from any healthcare cuts because of a diverse portfolio.

Wonder if salaries are higher at other companies, only have out of state to compare
