Pros

I have worked for other home care agencies and Kennedy Care has been my favorite company to work for thus far. The management staff is great. They are very nice and understanding. Whenever, I needed a day off, they worked it out for me. I know I would recommend Kennedy Care if I ever needed home care aides for a family member or tell my friends about them.

Cons

I would get confused sometimes, when I would get calls from different managers regarding the same case.
