-Flexible schedule -Management gave me more hours if I wanted it -Compensated for driving patients around -Let me work with who I wanted to -Management was super understanding and professional

Cons

-I had to drive a pretty far distance to some of my patients but I was compensated if it was over 60 minutes back and forth.
