Although the environment is laid back it becomes unprofessional at times. The office staff are relatively young and it shows in the way the speak to you and carry themselves. You are expected to fit your life into work and be available for long hours for minimal pay. You are talked down to and belittled if you propose less hours or more pay. Although the management does have a good heart they will hire anyone, especially on private duty even if they are clearly not a good fit. Money comes above helping families. The turn over rate is alarmingly high for office staff.
