Pros
Kensho is/was a great place to start your career. A lot of smart people and the intention to have a culture for growth and collaboration. I think post acquisition a lot of the identity has slipped away
Cons
Doesn’t feel like somewhere exciting to push your career forward. Great place to have consistency and get a paycheck but both from communication of management as well as general direction it often times feels a little like things aren’t going anywhere and you exist between huge sudden changes of direction.
