Pros
Good work-life balance, and opportunities to make an impact anywhere in the organization. Product development and sales seem to be on a positive track, but are hampered by a haywire organization. Kensington is a lean organization that manages to move product development at a rapid pace. An improving product portfolio and long-term partnerships with major brands.
Cons
Little or no emphasis on employee development, and middle management struggles to think long-term. Even as sales makes modest improvements, many decisions are based on meeting rushed and semi-arbitrary goals, which causes unnecessary urgency and churn on small projects. Half (!) of the organization has titles of "Manager" or above, but they can struggle to manage their own responsibilities (and don't have reporting employees). High health insurance plan costs, which can be partly offset through employee wellness programs.
