Alot of hours and short on employees, but they always work on moving people around to help.

great place to work if you are lazy

Worst place i have ever worked. Promises full of lies, expectations that company comes first. No possibility of promoting within. Conpany willnuse hazardous equipment & not supply things need to do tge job properly because of "budget". Lots of disrespect from management to lower staff & lack of control in management. I have never seen a more incompetent company. Foreman don't work at all, just stand around, yell & their knowledge is lackluster. Magement just blames the next guy. Labor force is very under qualified and will hire anyone with a pulse. Pay may be average or considered good but it is not worth the environment or the culture.
