Pros
Great base set of values and benefits.
Cons
They will work you to death. 6-7 days a week. 70 hours on a lucky week. They are short handed to the point of panic and single handed coverage. They are far too short sighted to see that they must adapt to changing times, and be comparative with entry level pay. They have the highest standards for entry level Employees such as covering tattoos, clean shaven, drug testing, and multiple personality tests (not that high standards are a bad thing, it just needs to be accompanied with competitive wages) They will only send help if it is upper management who is needing it. They over work every single employee while ignoring the Texas “day of rest” law If things do not change, they will end up closing locations on a regular basis. Arrogance will be the downfall of this company once built On what is now only lip service.
