Pros

Great Benefits Claims offices have great staff that work well together Company Car (though no one can tell you how much to expect it to cost you) Unlimited Sick Days

Cons

-Work life balance- there is none, if you want to stay afloat you will work 70 hours per week -Incompetent Management- KFB is a very "who you know" company, the have succession plans in place before any job is posted and the management team is full of "yes men", for a company that has this many meetings you would assume everyone would be on the same page, or at least in the same book. -No training at all "making mistakes is how we learn" -Outdated systems and processes -Social Stances on issues that have nothing to do with insurance, take at look at the KFB Federation Policy Book, they are anti women's choice, anti LGBTQIA, and anti Labor
