Pay Disparity - Bus Operator Keolis Employee Review

There is a huge salary disparity between the Keolis Florida location and their other locations around the country. Whereas the employees at the Dania Beach, Fl facility are paid a significantly lower salary than that of employees at other locations. This fact alone in and of itself is a major contributor to employees morale and productivity. It also hampers the company’s ability to recruit and retain hard working employees.
