Pros
- the people you meet in your team that are not management are amazing
Cons
- Management is awful, do not care about you or your learning process. Blame everything on the lower staff although they the ones that approved many problems -The first month you are apart of a "Kepler University" it is pointless and wastes your time because you don't get enough time to spend working on your actual team tasks. - Hires younger people (which can be an advantage) but then promotes them way too soon and do not know how to be a manager. - Depending on the client you could be working long nights, holidays etc (not my cup of tea, but is pretty well known in agency life) - Bigger brands are moving towards in-house marketing so, many teams were getting cut and let go. - again depending on client and teams- my team was absolutely miserable and we were over worked. We needed more people on the team. - There wasn't enough time in the day, to get things done.
