Cons
The collaborative work environment can often mean that an individual person's impact and successes are lost in the shuffle. Despite management's best efforts at maintaining transparency with business growth plans, what is said is usually not what actually happens, and it is best to take new business plans/conversations about promotions/staffing plans with a grain of salt.
